1. Shipping Policy
We take pride in the “small details,” and that includes how we package and send our products to you.
Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates: * Standard Shipping: Inside Dhaka city our shipping rate is BDT 60tk & Outside Dhaka city rate is BDT 110tk (Typically takes 2–5 business days to deliver all over Bangladesh).
Free Shipping: Available on selected items & offers.
2. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Atelier garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Window: Items can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of the delivery date.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
3. How to Process a Return

Ship the Item: After approval, pack your items securely.
Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you receive a garment that is damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. As a brand focused on quality, we will prioritize a replacement or full refund for any item that does not meet our high standards.
