Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are only available in the following circumstances:
- When Atelier has sent the wrong color of the ordered item
- When Atelier has sent the wrong size of the ordered item
Return Process
- Time Limit: Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery
- Condition Requirements:
- Product must be in original, undamaged condition
- Product must be returned with proper packaging and all original tags attached
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition
- Return Procedure:
- Contact our customer service team by messaging us on our Facebook page within 3 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item received
- Our team will arrange for product collection
- Refund will be processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

Customer-Initiated Exchanges
Customers may exchange products in the following situations:
- Size Exchange: If you ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange for your desired size
- Color Exchange: If you wish to change the color of your t-shirt or clothing item
